Our Team
Mark Pratt - Co-owner
Mark has been with the company since 1978. He spent four years in Final Inspection and Quality Control then another six years as a machinist and tool maker before making the transition into management. In 2002 Mark bought the business from his father in-law Paul Polidoro.
George Goodrich - Co-owner
George has been with the company since 1980. He spent four years in the Fabrication and Welding section then another sixteen years as a metal spinner before moving into the front office. In 2002 George bought the business from his father Arthur Goodrich.
Carol Rancourt - Office Manager
Carol has been with the company since 1976.
Peter Moore
Pete is the Foreman of the Spinning Section of OWL and has been with the company since 1963.
Tom Boynton
Tom is the Foreman of the Fabrication and Welding section and has been working for the company since 1971.
Marc Allessio
Marc is the Foreman of the Trimming, Sanding and Tooling section of OWL. He has been with the company since 1972.
Gene Scapin
Gene has been with us since 1972 and is the Foreman of the Machining and Die section.
Bob Garrity
Bob is the Foreman of the Inspection, Assembly and Shipping section. He has been with the company since 1967
